1. Order Processing and Handling Time

We work diligently to prepare your items for transit as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZST (New Zealand Standard Time) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email notification once your order is successfully placed, and another email containing tracking information once the package is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

As a proud New Zealand-based company operating out of Christchurch, we offer reliable domestic delivery across both the North and South Islands.

  • Courier Partners: We partner with trusted local couriers (including NZ Post and Aramex) to ensure secure delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • South Island: 1 to 3 business days.
    • North Island: 2 to 5 business days.
    • Rural Delivery (RD addresses): Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for remote locations.
  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and final destination of your package.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at lornai@toolineshop.com to see if a custom delivery can be arranged.

  • Estimated International Delivery Times:
    • Australia: 5 to 10 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 7 to 21 business days (depending on the destination country and local customs clearance).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
    • Tooline Limited is not responsible for these charges. All additional fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

We believe in full transparency, which is why all our shipments include step-by-step tracking.

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has left our warehouse at 49a sonter road, wigram, christchurch 8042, we will email you a tracking link.
  • Activity Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier network to update the initial tracking status online.
  • Inquiries: If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us with your order number.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship heavy or oversized items to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.
  • Inaccurate Addresses: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items securely, but we understand that transit issues can occasionally happen.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically damaged, please document the condition immediately. Take clear photos or videos of the box and the contents, and email us at lornai@toolineshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local delivery driver first. Tooline Limited is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking history stops updating for more than 7 business days, please notify us so we can open an official inquiry with the courier company.
